The California Electrology Academy offers a six hundred (600) clock hour Electrology Program as required by the California State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology. Students that have successfully completed our program and obtained a certificate of graduation are eligible to sit State Board exam.

CERTIFICATE PROGRAM FOR BEGINNERS
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This certificate program for beginners consists of 600 clock hours of theoretical and practical instruction covering all practices constituting the art of electrology. Students that are accepted into the program will receive first rate theoretical and practical instruction in the field of electrolysis permanent hair removal and be able to apply for state licensure in California. The theoretical portion for the Electrology course is taught using the world renowned Academie Dectro Electroepilation Online Course and is followed by 350 hours of hands-on work taught on site at the California Electrology Academy in Corona, California.

This certificate program for beginners consists of 400 clock hours of theoretical and practical instruction covering all practices constituting the art of electrology. This program is specifically designed for students coming from an unlicensed state and/or who will be practicing in one of the unlicensed states or country. The theoretical portion for the Electrology course is taught using the world renowned Academie Dectro Electroepilation Online Course and is followed by 150 hours of hands-on work taught on site at the California Electrology Academy in Corona, California.
THE REFRESHER COURSE
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This refresher Electrology 180 clock hour program is designed for students who already have training in the field of Electrology and are looking to take their skills to the next level. The theoretical portion for the Electrology course is taught using the world renowned Academie Dectro Electroepilation Online Course and is followed by 80 hours of advanced hands-on work taught on site at the California Electrology Academy in Corona, California.
